Who we are
This policy covers the website of The Sapphire Garden, a pub and restaurant on Peppard Road, Sonning Common, RG4 9NP.

How the forms are sent
Our forms are sent to us through Formspree, a service that passes each message on to our email inbox. Formspree also keeps a copy of each message for us.

How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to reply to you or to look after your booking. After that we delete them, at the latest [TIME PERIOD TO BE CONFIRMED BY THE CLIENT] after we last heard from you.
